REFUND POLICY

 

 

We offer an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. 

You must contact us within 14  days of signing for your item 

Returns must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you signed for your order. Once this time has passed we will be unable to offer you an exchange on your item and this will be returned back to you.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with original tags on the garment and in the same condition that you received it in. Should there be any sign of wear an exchange will not be valid. Items of wear include an example of the following: Odour (e.g Body odour, Perfume etc), Makeup stains etc. 

 

Please note that sale items are none refundable nor are they exchangeable. 

 

The customer is responsible for returning the item back to our returns address, postage costs are to be paid by the customer and tracking for the parcel is to be obtained from the post office.
